My Angel Nephew Jack

In memory of my sweet nephew Jack
In memory of my sweet nephew, Jack. He touched each life around him.  He changed us all for the better.  His parents have demonstrated the strength of lions and the tenderness of lambs.  His heart was too delicate for this world we endure.  I love this little man.  My heart is forever engraved upon with his little finger.  He entered into our Heavenly Father's rest yesterday, December 29, 2008.  How grateful I am for the knowledge of Eternal Life and our Father's great plan.  How grateful I am my little sister, little brother, and their little Megan are forever sealed to our little man Jack.

Though this knowledge does in no way take away
the pain and suffering that accompanies the loss of a loved one, it does relieve the sting.  We know through the restored gospel that death is not the end.  We know that children who return to their Father before the age of accountability enter His Celestial Kingdom.  As it was revealed to the prophet Joseph Smith, Jr.,   "The Lord takes many away even in infancy, that they may escape the envy of man, and the sorrows and the evils of this present world; they were too pure, too lovely, to live on the earth; therefore, if rightly considered, instead of mourning we have reason to rejoice as they are delivered from evil, and we shall soon have them again."

Good bye little one.  I will miss you.  I hope to feel your influence through-out my life and the life of my children.  I pray you will be enabled to be a guardian angel to your eternal family, along side our dear earthly father, Terry Marshall.  You share his anniversary exit from this mortal world with your passage into it by a mere two days later.  I know you will assist him in preparing for the return of our Master, Jesus Christ, the Savior of the World.

Merry Christmas!!!

It is so hard to get a great picture of all the kids at once.  These pictures just happened to turn out pretty cute because I told the three older children to just follow Marshall where ever he went.  When Marshall would stop moving I would holler, say "Merry Christmas!!" and then click, click, click!  Here are a few timely shots, quite literally!!

White Dress

It was a wonderful day.  Our hearts are full.  Sarah was beyond words in beauty and spirit.  Her daddy did a wonderful job baptizing her and confirming her a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  We are so blessed to have had so many dear family and friends to be a part of this red-letter day in Sarah's life! THANK YOU!  Enjoy some photos of our Sarah.

Pray for JACK

Pray for JACK

This coming Sunday, December 7, 2008, we will have a fast and continue to pray for little Jack. You can visit my sister's blog here: Is This Heaven? and learn about this special little guy and his struggles. I would like to invite all to fast on little Jack's behalf.

I love this picture of him. I love that you can feel his huge spirit.  I love this little guy so much. He is heaven sent.  I love my sister and her family and pray for them.

This is the crazy machine. We pray for this equipment to be the miracle, for our miracle, little Jack.  We love you.
